This home offers three comfortable bedrooms – two of which are Primary bedrooms!
The first Primary bedroom is located on the upper level and offers a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony with lake views. The second bedroom offers two twin sized beds and a cozy sitting area with a flat screen TV. The hallway bath is conveniently located in between the Primary bedroom and second bedroom. The second primary suite is located on the lower level and offers a king-sized bed, a full-sized sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. This suite also features private access, a kitchen, bathroom and its own patio with a natural gas BBQ. Both master suites feature amazing lake and mountain views! With an additional queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room area along with easy access to a full bathroom, this home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 9.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 3 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking.
• Check-in time is 4 PM 
• Check-out time is 10 AM

This home allows a maximum occupancy of 9, with a maximum number of adults of 8. 

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 9 allowed. No Over Occupancy.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
