You'll be just a few steps from the many facilities and amenities of Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, which include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a steam room and sauna, miniature golf, two restaurants, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. The property is immediately west of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, less than a mile south of Grand Boulevard, and two miles south of Baytowne Wharf. If you're interested in golfing, you can take your pick of more than a dozen courses in the area.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
