Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from the white sand shores of Miramar Beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a steam room and sauna, a fitness center, a miniature golf course, two restaurants, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Escape into nature in the adjacent Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, or indulge in a bit of retail therapy at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), or Destin Commons (five miles beyond). THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
