Step into comfort at this clean and modern beach condo! In addition to the beautiful beach, we have plenty of luxury for you to enjoy inside. Come in from the heat to central air conditioning and tile flooring, which changes to plush carpet in the main area of the condo. Unwind with a hot shower in the bathroom, complete with double sinks and an intricately tiled shower. The shower features a handheld shower head and a built-in shower bench. Mix up a drink or a light supper in the wet bar style kitchenette, which includes cups and stemware for any beverage you may require during your stay. Take it out to the furnished balcony and enjoy the sweeping view of the beach and surrounding greenery. There's plenty of seating inside, too - including a desk workspace in case you need to finish some remote work before heading to the beach. But that's not all! Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis court during their stay. The beach is just a short walk down TOPS'L Beach Boulevard - don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive, just under five miles away. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just one-and-a-half miles from the condo. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, a bit over two miles away. Gator Beach, just under eight miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals. There's even a rare albino alligator! THINGS TO KNOW The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
