This condo is part of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, the grounds of which feature indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive gym, a sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. To reach the beach, you can easily walk on the resort's paths or hop on board the free tram service.
