A TV viewable from the jetted tub lets you have a relaxing soak while watching your favorite film.And take advantage of the many resort-style amenities including a fitness center, indoor-outdoor pool, hot tub, and a pro shop. The Racquet Club also has certified professional tennis instructors and programs as well as a racquetball court.

TOPS'L Summit is located in the award-winning tennis facility, TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort, just steps from the most sought-after white sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast. Blue Dunes Grille (seasonal) and Club Tiki are the two on-site dining options, boasting creative menus that feature plenty of fresh, local ingredients. TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, in close proximity to the excitement and adventures of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
