Enjoy your morning coffee out on the private, furnished balcony with a view of the surrounding flora and a glimpse of the shared pool. Cool off inside in the central air conditioning after a day at the beach, watch a show or a movie on the brand-new 55-inch TV, and then step into your standalone shower. The kitchenette can also help you store and reheat all the leftovers from your adventures out sampling the local cuisine. Guests may also access the pool throughout their stay, as well as a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, tennis court, and more.

Start your day at the beach, just a short walk from your door. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club just under two miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just a little over two miles away. And Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just eight-and-a-half miles from the condo.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

This property consists of two connected sub-units that can be opened to create a full 3-bedroom home. Guests have the option to rent a single sub-unit or request access to both spaces for a larger 3-bedroom setup, subject to availability
