The upstairs lounge sets the stage for happy hour entertainment with features including plush sofas, a smart TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. The gleaming open-concept kitchen is primed for gourmet meal inspiration with highlights including a six-burner gas range/oven. 

Tops'l amenities include a pool, a hot tub, a sauna, tennis courts, a gym, a BBQ area, and on-site beach access.
