This split-level home is ideal for hosting a family gathering or a getaway to the beach with friends! The beach is just a few steps away! After a long day exploring the beautiful Oregon coast, unwind in the hot tub that is available from April 1st to October 1st, while listening to the waves!
The downstairs living room is warm and inviting with wood accents, and 2 large couches - one converts to a sofa bed, a flatscreen TV, and a fireplace - ideal for warming up after a sunset walk on the beach.
Preparing and gathering for meals will be easy with a fully equipped, galley-style kitchen and dining table that seats 4. On warmer days, enjoy relaxing on the large back deck or front deck with an ocean view.
After a long day on the trails or down at the beach, drift off to sleep easily in your choice of 2 bedrooms – one queen, and one queen with a set of twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV.
The upper unit has beautiful vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and a wall of windows that give the upper level a cozy, yet expansive feel. With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this upper-floor unit has room for up to four guests.
The living room has two couches - one converts to a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring all the fun to be had in Rockaway Beach.
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with a view at the dining table that seats 8 as you gaze out at the majestic Twin Rocks in the distance.
Working remotely? The queen bedroom has a desk so you can send a few emails before catching an early morning crabbing charter or hitting the links for an early tee time at Manzanita Golf Course. Spend the day hiking scenic trails or exploring seven miles of sandy beach, then return home for sunset cocktails on the front deck.
