The Blue Coconut - Meredith Lodging Located in Rhododendron, this home quietly sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by two creeks. Just as you enter the home you will cross a footbridge over a seasonal creek. You’ll step into the light filled great room with a warm and inviting rock fireplace. The back deck over looks Hackett Creek and the wood burning creek side fire pit. This cabin is the perfect blend of Mt Hood coziness with modern updates throughout. The vaulted great room with spacious kitchen, gas fireplace and 6-seat dining table is ideal for gathering together for meals, playing games, watching TV or listening to the Victrola record player. There are plenty of windows with southern exposure that bring in lots of natural sunlight. The garage also doubles as a game room with a shuffle board and foosball table. This 3-bedroom cabin is perfect for a family vacation. This one level home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite offers access to the back deck near the brand new hot tub. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower with a towel warmer. The two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. The queen bedroom has views of Hackett Creek. The bunk room will be a great escape for the kids in the group. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Step out to the creek facing back porch for a BBQ and dine at the patio table while the creek babbles on by. You will want to soak in the private hot tub with creek views after your day’s adventure, or roast marshmallows and tell tall tales around the fire pit after a day of fun playing at Mt Hood. Your dog is welcome to join you at the Blue Coconut.
