This fabulous three-story home is perfectly situated in Pacific City, the best beach on the Oregon coast, loved for its quiet, beachy feel, and with all the amenities you want - restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. With a perfect balance of open spaces, private bedrooms, a unique "Whale Watch Room," games, and entertainment, Pacific Watch has something for everyone. This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3 full bath home in the gated community, Kiwanda Shores, has three living areas and sleeps up to 10, making it the perfect set-up for multiple families. You are welcomed into a large, tiled entry, which opens into a family room with couches (one is a queen sleeper sofa), a 55" Roku TV, a DVD player, and foosball. This first level also has 2 bedrooms, a bunk room that sleeps 4, and another with a queen bed - both right around the corner from a spacious full bath. The large, separate laundry room leads out to a private lower deck and bubbling hot tub overlooking the woods. Next, grasp the brass handrail and head upstairs to the open concept main level, where the view of Haystack Rock, the Pacific Ocean, and Cape Kiwanda will take your breath away. A well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up a fabulous meal and serve it at the spacious dining table that seats 10 (there's also a breakfast bar for two), or BBQ on the back upper deck. The comfy living room includes an oversized coffee table for puzzles, playing a fun family board game from the game closet, another 55" Roku TV and DVD player, and a slider to the front deck to breathe in the fresh ocean air, or take in the stunning views of the ocean from just sitting on the couch. On this level, you will also find the exquisite primary suite with a private bathroom and a king-sized bed, perfect for you to enjoy the sunsets, Haystack Rock, and Cape Kiwanda right from bed. Also on this floor, on the opposite wing for ultimate privacy, is a bathroom right next to a beautiful queen guest bedroom with spectacular views of the Nestucca River, the Pacific Coast Range, the Pacific City lights at night, and a slider to the back upper deck, where you can enjoy the sunrise, if you want to. Now, head up to an amazing third level, known as the "Whale Watch Room," where you can sip coffee or your favorite drink at a bar overlooking the ocean. Breathtaking, never-ending views of the crashing waves and impressive Haystack Rock, as well as the Nestucca and mountains behind, will ensure there will be "discussions" over who gets to use the binoculars and the full-sized sleeper sofa up here! Once you've relaxed up here, head to the garage and get a family competition going with a game of ping pong or foosball! Located half an hour from both Lincoln City and Tillamook, Pacific Watch is close to many attractions in Pacific City.
