Payn House - Meredith Lodging Beautiful oceanfront home on private lane north of Yachats. Enjoy the private beach access, sweeping ocean views, 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, and 2 baths. Magnificent views of the ocean from the bedrooms and living areas. Lovely gas log fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings. Easy beach access in front of the house during the spring/summer months. Winter months steps are not available (November - Late Spring. For questions on this, please contact our office). Winter beach access is approximately one mile drive.
