Piot and Halpern House's - Meredith Lodging The Piot House is Oceanfront in a private neighborhood, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and miles of sandy beach, in Seal Rock. Warm rustic wood accents are brightened by the walls of windows along the whole western side of the home! So, your first step into the home visually takes you 'right back out' to amazing views of the Ocean, and Seal Rock! This is such a comfortable, cozy home away from home. Very private; once you pull into the drive, you don't see anything but the ocean! The kitchen and dining area are great for entertaining, and the living room is a small step down from the rest of the home, hosts a wood stove, and has a slider out to a large covered deck, which can be great when there is the weather here! The primary bedroom is quite large and has a wonderful soaking tub in the bathroom. The guest bedroom is on the opposite of home, next to the guest bathroom for privacy. Wonderful for two couples, family, romantic vacation! Some of our regular guests have been returning here for over 16 yrs! It is definitely a favorite! The Halpern House is a lovely, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath, Ocean View home in a private neighborhood in Seal Rock. This home has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from the living and dining areas, and from the back deck which runs the width of the house. The home is built in "reverse living style", to maximize the amazing view! All the bedrooms are on the main level, and the main living areas are upstairs. Vaulted ceilings and many windows add to tons of light! This home is wonderful for a larger family or several couples, or retreats. Kitchen is great for entertaining, and is open to living room and; dining area. Downstairs primary bedroom has a shower in bath. The two guests bedrooms have a full bathroom to share. Home has a path that leads to a fantastic beach! You'll enjoy the beautiful beach, and shorebirds, and can even walk to Seal Rock when tide is out!
