You enter SeaGlass Cottage through a charming wooden arch and boardwalk, a hint at the timeless, relaxed feeling of this home. The entry way will confirm that you’ve arrived in a classic beach cottage with a difference: lots of sunlight, the sound of waves, and a view through to the ocean, but with all the modern amenities.
A sun-filled great room faces the ocean and includes a casual seating area with a flat-screen TV and a large dining table. It adjoins an enormous granite-topped galley kitchen equipped with a professional gas range, indoor grill, cooking equipment, and not one, but two granite breakfast bars.
A main-level bedroom has a flat-screen TV and an adjoining bath. Two of the upstairs bedrooms feature beds from which you can enjoy tremendous ocean views; each also has a flat-screen TV. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a large sitting area overlooking the ocean and an adjoining deck with a large hot tub. Upstairs, an adorable bunk room will delight younger guests, and so will a secret closet playroom complete with table, chairs, games, and books. Multiple TVs, a DVD player, Wi-fi, and the great location in the classic Bella Beach neighborhood, complete with a children’s playground and beach access, will keep the whole family busy. It’s an easy walk to Café C’est la Vie and a grocery store, so you won’t need to get in the car, but the prime location between Lincoln City and Newport means the amenities of both tourist cities are in easy reach.
